We are in process of purchasing our third home from Susan and without being flowery, the most important comment that can be made about a sales agent is that she was "EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE." Susan is both of those things. We outlined what we wanted and that is what she delivered. She did not try to UPSALE us or switch us to another location, different amenities, or a different price range. We will use her again.

Susan is one of the most professional agents that we have ever used. We have used her twice and would do so again in a heartbeat. She is not only knowledgeable, but she is a true advocate for you in whatever capacity you find yourself, a buyer or a seller. She worked tirelessly for us, I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I give Susan a Five Star rating! She is the most market knowledgeable agent I have ever met. She knows the market, she has the experience, knows how to successfully stage a home for sale and will agressively negotiate all offers to purchase. My experience in dealing with her was nothing short of exceptional!

Over the last 45 years, we have bought and sold many homes and can honestly say that Susan Yarab shines atop the list of real estate professionals we have had the pleasure of working with. After purchasing our new home through Susan, we considered no one else to handle the sale of our prior home which sold in record time at a price we were more than pleased with. Her professionalism, market knowledge, negotiation skills, pleasant personality and ability to resolve concerns quickly made both our purchase and sale experiences equally enjoyable. Susan is a joy to work with and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Susan Yarab was an absolute professional during this home purchase. Always available, accurate and patient dealing with an out of town buyer. The information and direction for this specific home purchase was important and necessary. She is one of the best. I highly recommend anyone moving to SW Florida to contact her.
