I am writing to share with you the wonderful experience we had selling our home in Fort Myers with your agent Susan Yarab. We met Susan back in March 2017 when we came to the area to buy a home when moving from Texas. We were working with XXXX who was not available during the time we were in town and therefore Susan stepped up to show us around.From the moment we met Susan we felt comfortable and truly fell in love with her as our real estate agent. Susan created an exceptional buyers experience from start to finish. Beginning with our first "get to know each other" meeting. She remained consistent, informative and on point. She was always available to show us property quickly in this difficult market. She established a closing timeline with the tasks, the responsible person and when the tasks needed to be completed. The timeline definitely kept us on track and in fact we actually closed earlier than expected. The process and organization provided for a smooth closing experience.
