I would like to let you know how wonderful Susan Yarab was during our entire process of relocating and buying a home in Florida. I believe that she went above and beyond in every aspect of our process. She was very patient and knowledgable. We relocated from IL. I was in IL and my husband was in Florida. She worked with both of us and made me feel a part of the process even from long distance. She continues to followup with us on how we are doing and if we need anything she can be of help with. In this day and age it is rare to find someone with that level of customer service! Susan created an exceptional buyers experience from start to finish. Beginning with our first "get to know each other" meeting. She remained consistent, informative and on point. She was always available to show us property quickly in this difficult market. She established a closing timeline with the tasks, the responsible person and when the tasks needed to be completed. The timeline definitely kept us on track and in fact we actually closed earlier than expected. The process and organization provided for a smooth closing experience.
