We are in process of purchasing our third home from Susan and without being flowery, the most important comment that can be made about a sales agent is that she was "EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE." Susan is both of those things. We outlined what we wanted and that is what she delivered. She did not try to UPSALE us or switch us to another location, different amenities, or a different price range. We will use her again.
