I am a Real Estate Broker in the State of Ohio so I feel my assessment of the job Susan Yarab did for me is right on. She was very Professional, Listened to what I asked for & and sent me options on a Dailey basis. She constantly followed up with me giving me detailed information of the areas I was looking into & just provided everything I ever needed to know to make a informed decision. When I made a impromptu trip to Florida with no advanced notice to Susan, she had no problem accommodating me and spent entire days with me showing me different areas I was considering. Her knowledge of each area was very impressive. Once I chose a property I received daily emails or calls from Susan guiding me through the process. This service is still ongoing as I am looking for Property Management and Insurance. I cannot say enough about her professionalism, knowledge and all around service she provides. We are in process of purchasing our third home from Susan and without being flowery, the most important comment that can be made about a sales agent is that she was "EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE." Susan is both of those things. We outlined what we wanted and that is what she delivered. She did not try to UPSALE us or switch us to another location, different amenities, or a different price range. We will use her again.
