I am a Real Estate Broker in the State of Ohio so I feel my assessment of the job Susan Yarab did for me is right on. She was very Professional, Listened to what I asked for & and sent me options on a Dailey basis. She constantly followed up with me giving me detailed information of the areas I was looking into & just provided everything I ever needed to know to make a informed decision. When I made a impromptu trip to Florida with no advanced notice to Susan, she had no problem accommodating me and spent entire days with me showing me different areas I was considering. Her knowledge of each area was very impressive. Once I chose a property I received daily emails or calls from Susan guiding me through the process. This service is still ongoing as I am looking for Property Management and Insurance. I cannot say enough about her professionalism, knowledge and all around service she provides. She made what could have been a very difficult Investment purchase as easy as could be. I would highly recommend Susan and her professionalism.
